INTRODUCTION
Hosted at The Foothills Center this triathlon showcases the beautiful Vistancia Community. Swim in the impeccable Foothills Center pool, bike through the exclusive Blackstone Country Club and explore Vistancias Discovery Trail on the run course. This event is one for the whole family with adult and youth distance triathlons.

8:00 a.m. Womens Triathlon & Relays start
8:30 a.m. Mens Triathlon start
9:45 a.m. Kids Triathlon start

ADULT COURSE
SWIM (300yds)
Each athlete will be started one at a time with a 15 second gap. Each athlete will swim up lane 1, under the lane lines, down lane 2, under than lane lines into lane 3 and repeat the process through all 6 lanes. On exiting the pool go back to the starter at lane 1, you will be given the right of way over those yet to start. Repeat your first leg through the pool then head to transition.

SWIM

We welcome parents/guardians to accompany their children on the course. -
BIKE COURSE PREVIEW
Blackstone will be open for those wishing to preview the bike course on Sunday, March 24 from 9:00 a.m. until noon. Other than this time participants will not have access to the Blackstone portion of the bike course at any time other than during the triathlon. Please respect the privacy of this gated community.

AWARDS
Overall awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers. Age group awards will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers per the following age groups:
10-14
15-19
20-24
25-29
30-34
35-39
40-44
45-49
50-54
55-59
60-64
65-69
70-74
75-79
Awards will also be given to the top three finishers in the following categories:
Clydesdales (Men 200 +lbs)
Athenas (Women 150+ lbs)
Relay
Please note that there are no overall or age group awards for the kid's triathlon. All finishers in the kid's triathlon will receive a finishers medal. -
START
Athletes will be arranged to start the race by swim time. During the registration process please indicate your estimated 300yd swim time.

TIMING
This event will be chip timed by CEP Timing. Chips will be available to pick up at 6:30 a.m. race morning. Please make sure your timing chip is returned after the race. These chips are the athlete's responsibility and missing chips will be charged to the athletes.

DIRECTIONS & PARKING
The directions below will get you to Vistancia. Once in Vistancia:
Stay on Vistancia Blvd and go 2 miles past the Safeway shopping complex at El Mirage & Vistancia Blvd
Left on Lone Mountain for a 1/2 mile
Right on Westland to parking at Lake Pleasant Elementary
FROM NORTHBOUND 101: Exit at Union Hills Dr. and go west to 99th Avenue. North on 99th Avenue. 99th Avenue becomes Lake Pleasant Road. North on Lake Pleasant Road to Happy Valley Parkway. West on Happy Valley Parkway 6 miles to Vistancia.
FROM WESTBOUND 101: Exit at 67th Avenue and go North to Happy Valley Parkway, West on Happy Valley Parkway 9 miles to Vistancia.
FROM WESTBOUND CAREFREE HIGHWAY: South on Lake Pleasant Road, west on Happy Valley Parkway 6 miles to Vistancia.
FROM THE 303: North on the 303. West on Happy Valley Parkway 4 miles to Vistancia.
FROM THE I-17: I-17 to Happy Valley Parkway, West on Happy Valley Parkway to Vistancia.
