COURSE
Splash & Dash begins and ends at the Special Event Ramp, on the north side of the lake between Mill and Rural.
Swim 750m in Tempe Town Lake
Run 4km -
COST
$25 until October 8th at 11am
$30 Late registration
Race entry is $20 if you drop your entry off in person at IronCare Sports Therapy by close of business October 7.

TIMING
Splash & Dash is a chip timed event. Please ensure that your chip is securely fastened to your ankle with the velcro strap provided. Chips will be collected at the finish line. -

PARKING
All Splash & Dash races are held at the Special Event Ramp, on the north side of the lake between Mill and Rural. Parking is available at Tempe Town Lake Marina and limited parking is available at Lake View Dr under the 202. -
AWARDS
In order to keep the price of this event low we do not give out t-shirts or awards at Splash & Dash. However, stick around after the race and there is a very good chance you will go home with a raffle prize. -
USAT
We are proud to be sanctioned by USA Triathlon (USAT), the governing body of multisport in North America. One of the many roles played by USAT is that of insurance provider for this race. As such USAT requires that every participant be either (1) an annual member and provide proof of membership at packet pick up, or (2) purchase a one day membership for $10.
